VCSBSA offers a benefits package to eligible employees. Benefits may differ by the number of hours worked and classification. Health benefit selections are made for new hires during the hiring process and for active employees during open enrollment

Life Insurance
VCSBSA covers the premium for basic life insurance for all of its employees.
Classified staff will have the premium paid by VCSBSA for a $50,000 life insurance policy.
Confidential and Management staff will have the premium paid by VCSBSA for a $100,000 life insurance policy.
All life insurance policies are purchased through SISC and underwritten by Lincoln Financial Group.
